How can I pay my account?

To pay your account, click the "Customer Portal" button on our website which is right next to the "Get Prices" button. You can log in here to view information about your account and make payment. If you don't have a password yet, use the forgot password option and use the email address you used to sign up for storage with us.

Is your facility Secure?

In order to maintain high security, we’ve implemented multiple precautions. The property is surrounded by high fences with back-to-base security beams along the perimeter. The front gate has a secure electronic locking system, accessible only by card, and automatically locks from 5:00 pm to 7:00 am daily. The facility is monitored 24/7 via motion-activated cameras. If movement is detected, the alarm sounds and live footage is reviewed. If not disarmed within one minute, security or police are dispatched.

Do I need my own Padlock?

Yes, you need your own padlock, that way you’re guaranteed to be the only person who has a key. You are welcome to bring your own or the facility has them for sale in the office.

What do I need to do to move out?

We just ask that you give us 7 days notice to move out. Within 7 days of you moving out, we will also refund any money that you have paid in advance.

What is the minimum time I can store with you?

1 day but we generally have a minimum charge of 1 month rent. We may reduce the minimum charge in certain circumstances. Please contact us for further information.

Are you accepting deliveries?

Yes, we accept deliveries and send you an SMS when it arrives. This is offered to you as a Free Service and no responsibility is taken for short, damaged or undelivered items.

Can someone else access my space?

Only with written authority from you, we will allow someone else to access your space and so long as they also have a key.

How do I update my account details?

You can contact your local store or our customer service team for assistance. Alternatively you can view and change your account details easily by logging in to your account via our website.

What am I allowed to store?

You can store anything that is not explosive, flammable, illegal, perishable or environmentally harmful. We are always here to help so don't hesitate to give one of our experts a call if you're not sure.

When do I have to pay?

Generally you pay every month on the anniversary date you put your things into storage. Alternatively, you can choose a date that suits you.

How often can I access my things?

You can access your things as often as you like during normal access hours.

How do I cancel my booking?

Call or email us at the store to cancel your booking

Do I need to sign a contract in order to rent a unit?

We do have an agreement that is in line with Self Storage Association of Australasia requirements. The good news is, it's only a month to month contract, with no lock-in period. See in store for our Storage Terms & Conditions.

What are my payment options?

You can book and pay online or in store. We accept Credit Card, Cash, EFT.

Why does CCS Storage use ID verification?

We use ID verification to: • Protect your identity and stored belongings • Prevent fraud and unauthorised access • Comply with legal requirements • Ensure a secure storage environment for all our customers

Is my stuff insured?

Insurance is the responsibility of the storer.

Can you help with a removalist?

Yes, we have local and interstate removalist companies that we work with that can organise to have your things picked up and delivered into your storage unit. Our movers range from local, to interstate movers.
